-Prepare job descriptions

-Implement the process of search and selection

-Identify and approach suitable candidates

-Manage advertisement strategy and applications screening

-Interview applicants to determine their job requirements and suitability for particular jobs

-Request references

-Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements with candidates

-Inform candidates about the results of their interviews

-Prepare Job offer Letter and employment contract

-Announcing new hiring staffs

-Prepare on board training

-File and maintain candidates in Excel

-Other task assign by management

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree of Human Resource or other related field

-At least 2 years of experience in Fixed Recruitment

-Good at Computer skill (Microsoft Excel...)

-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

-High sense of confidentiality

-Excellent time management, planning and organization skills

-Full professional proficiency in writing and speaking English and Khmer
