-      Prepare Daily morning briefly meeting with staffs at 8.00am (Greeting, overview work in progress to be complete)

-      Prepare Daily performance result report and submit to top management every evening

-      Prepare Daily report of car pending in workshop and submit to top management every evening

-      Prepare the reports of weekly performance indication (WPI) and submit every Friday

-      Prepare Purchase Request as need within the branch (maintenance, consumable, tools and stationaries)

-      Prepare Staffs Monthly standby schedule every 26th, of the month

-      Prepare Incentive Request and support document submit every 15th of the month

-      Record staff daily attendant send to the staff’s attendant group at 9am morning and 2pm afternoon.

-      Record staff daily overtime and prepare OT list submit to HR every 15th of the month.

-      Confirm job card and distribute to B&P team leader for completing job.

-      Monitor B&P job which receive from insurance company

-      Coordinate and supporting SA for customer walk in or agreement for job estimation.

-      Supervise job and processing as sequent service ordering

-      Evaluate B&P work and suggest estimate repair for quotation.

-      Assist B&P staff to complete major B&P job

-      Evaluate B&P staffs work performance  

-      Control material as per requirement for B&P work

-      Monitor B&P staffs for proper parts remove and install

-      Perform QC for car exterior and interior cleaning after completing B&P service.

-      Perform Self-check on finishing of denting job before sending to car body paint spray.

-      Check and verify which is noted visible damage down on job order by team leader.

-      Keep B&P service standard by follow workshop manual and car body and paint instructions.

-      Monitor B&P staffs to keep work bay cleaned and tidy.

-      Monitor the Request labour time if insufficient and inform service advisor for extra time.

-      Check and verify list parts or consumable material requirement during service-to-service advisor to input.

Write B&P service report as per require by management.

-      A certified in Car body & paint

-      4-8 years of experiences in Body and Paint business

-      Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently

-      Good mix of technical skill

-      Knowledge of the English language, both oral and written in fair/good. If have

Prior experience in Automobiles business would be an advantage.
