1. POSM placement during the sales promotion.

2. Merchandising arrangement at any type of outlet, make sure the product is convenience to be purchased and pick up.

3. Displaying the product facing share to be superior to the competitors and dominate in outlets.

4. Ensure the POSM placement, Product Display, Merchandising are alignment with brand guideline.

5. Ensure that the product visibilities are equal to the product availability.

6. Assist MPU team to achieve sales target and achieve consumer engagement target.

1. Education: Bac II, BA

2. Experiences:

o Working experience with FMCG products or other cosmetic products which are very competitive with space limited.

3. Skills and knowledge:

o Understanding of the consumer purchasing behavior, and retail merchandising.

o Has a broad knowledge of new product launch and understand what the branding work in the market.
