 Analyze and organize financial information on financial industry and competitive trends gathered by either Strategic Planning Dept. or other relevant departments.

 Monitor the Bank’s business performance and prepare analytical report and cost effectiveness of each department for reporting to top management.

 Assist to prepare a short-term and long-term business plan for top management review.

 Analyze and monitor a short and long-term business/branch strategy/target vs the actual results.

 Coordinate in preparing, planning, adjusting, supervising and controlling the business affairs.

 Research and analyze financial market, industry and economy.

 Take part in developing new products, marketing and advertising plan of the Bank.

 Coordinate in amendment/establishment/abolition of the organization and the roles among departments.

 Act as the secretary of the BOD, preparing the BOD’s material, resolutions and minutes.

 Preparing reports to shareholders and parent company.

 Prepare applications/letters related to registration of BOD members, the amendments of Articles of Incorporation, the license approval with NBC and MOC.

 Other tasks assigned by the top management.

-Bachelor's degree with a major of bank operations.  Minimum 5 years’ working experience in strategic planning and financial analysis of commercial banks.

- Up to date knowledge of current financial, market and competitors’ information of Banking Industry in Cambodia.

- Knowledge of the corporate law and Prakas or Regulations of NBC or MOC is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
