-       Executes operational, OE/HSE activities per established priorities such as: Product receipt, tank gauging, tank truck loading, product sampling, quality control checks (Flash Point and Density Test) Additive, SDA and Dye refilling and assist in daily stock control. Comply with OE/HSE policies, standards and procedures.

-       Executes planned routine maintenance activities such as Terminal checklists but not limited to fire extinguisher inspections, general maintenance including valves and equipment. Support in daily terminal housekeeping and Terminal walkabout.

-       Assists customers, internal or external, when required and give quality service consistent with our Customer Facing Culture. 

-       Actively participate in Monthly Meeting, Safety Meetings, Stand Downs, and conduct Safe Learning Tool (SLT), Job Safe Analyses (JSA), Stop Work Authority (SWA) and IMPACERM System.

-       Actively participate in all scheduled training and utilize learned skills in the fulfillment of day-to-day activities. 

-       Actively participate in document preparation such as ship documents, Delivery Orders, work permits etc.  

-       A least bachelor’s degree in Electricians or Mechanic or any equivalent degree.

-       At least one year experience in related tasks.

-       Fluency English both in writing and speaking.

-       Good communication and negotiation skill with all levels of authorities/entities is an advantage.

-       Strong commitment and accountabilities.

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

-       Strong organizational and leadership skills.

-       Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.

-       Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel, power point and Internet/Email.

-       Self-accommodation at Sihanoukville province.

-       Be able to work at flexible time (such as nighttime, holiday, and weekend) and be able to work under pressure and hard work
