- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using

inventory management software or manual systems.

- Monitor stock levels of materials, tools, and equipment, and reorder supplies as needed to

prevent stockouts and delays.

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in the warehouse, ensuring

compliance with safety protocols and proper storage practices.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize inventory, optimize space utilization, and

maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

- Receive incoming shipments of materials, verifying quantities and inspecting items for

damage or discrepancies.

- Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams to address any issues with received

materials and ensure timely resolution.

- Process requests for materials and supplies from project managers, construction teams, and

other departments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and delivery of materials to

project sites according to project schedules.

- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications

and standards.

- Implement procedures for proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to

prevent damage or deterioration.

- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance

metrics, providing regular updates to management and project teams.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers,

and adjustments.

- Previous experience 3-4 years in storekeeping or warehouse role

- Proficiency in using inventory management software & MS Office for record-keeping and reporting

- Familiarity with material handling equipment and warehouse operations best practices.

- Construction or industrial sectors are preferably.
