• Control all types of goods movement inside the factory (stock in, movement, stock out, etc)

• Maintain cleanliness and GMP in the factory

• Ensure proper pest control as per set up program

• Always ensure correct inventory levels

• Ensure good quality and correct quantity of raw materials while receiving

• Ensure good quality/quantity of finished goods before shipping out

• Coach, train and develop the team, leading in the right direction • Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse control at leader/supervisor level

• Experience in a warehousing environment with GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC standards

• Strong Leadership, Adaptability, Communication, Analysis, Problem solving and Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to work in shifts.

• Forklift driving skills.

• Independent and strong sense of responsibility to lead and develop a new team.

• Proficiency in MS office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Native Khmer speaking ability, English skills (reading, writing) needed
