• Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment centre, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime and rental fee.

• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

• Motivating and disciplining staffs

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.

• 3-4 years’ Experience in Warehouse Management

• Very good at computer literacy such Microsoft word and Excel, email , and power point

• Be good at communicate by English

• Be flexible and can work under pressure

• Be honesty and loyalty to Company
