• Monitor the performance of warehouse and logistics staffs and

tabulate and improve of pre-agreed KPIs covering FIFO & FEFO, Delivery

in full & on-time, and operating efficiency

• Set up KPI for warehouse performance and tracking warehouse KPI

base on objective of business

• Identify and execute of cost savings project.

• Monitor operating cost in warehouse and logistics (Food & Beverage)

• As gatekeeper to check and ensure discipline execution covering all

aspects of warehouse and logistics operation in accordance to SOPs

– ISO.

• Check all process and procedures properly follow through.

• Conduct random spot check to ensure minimize fraudulent case in

ware house and logistics department Develop career path warehouse

staff and encourage and keep maintain them

• Solve the problem in the warehouse and take action for preventive

plan and action plan Manage and monitor 5S and lead sanitation

activities in the warehouse

• Generate the job plan and action plan with tracking result and

evaluation the result

• Summary P&L Report for management and join the management

meeting

• Other job will be assigned from time to time by country manager
