• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing

• Oversee and implement efficient warehouse systems to maximize productivity and minimize errors.

• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maximum departmental productivity and achieve org goals.

• Monitor inventory levels, work with Operation team, and Purchase department to ensure the request stuffs deliver to stores on time/place order accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including inventory counts, spoil, and returns. etc.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Optimize warehousing layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization.

• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as delays, stock outs, and damaged goods.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuously improve warehouse processes.

• Other tasks as per assign by direct supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

• At least 3 years proven experience in warehouse management

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
