This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of operational activities of the warehouse related to material movement for inbound,

supply within the brewery for production and outbound which includes raw material, chemical store, finished, point of sales materials and any

other material. Part of the logistics and supply chain structure shall be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the warehouse

activities.

1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse operations at the brewery.

2. Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.

3. Supervise and lead warehouse staff in their duties, providing guidance and support.

4. Assist in scheduling and organizing shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.

5. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the warehouse, implementing solutions promptly.

6. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

7. Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

8. Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security procedures.

9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and product flow.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in the brewing industry or beverage distribution.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

• Certification in warehouse management or related fields.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

• Proficiency in warehouse management software/systems.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
