• Oversee inventory management and conduct stock count procedures, maintaining meticulous records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

• Plan and supervise the receipt, ordering, assembly, and dispatch of goods.

• Optimize warehouse space allocation for Finished Goods, Empties, and Marketing items, maximizing storage solutions for increased efficiency.

• Coordinate the movement of products and materials to facilitate timely and high-volume deliveries, including effective stock management.

• Implement operational policies and procedures.

• Improve operational systems, and processes, and implement best practices that guarantee organizational operational excellence.

• Ensure the warehouse and product delivery practices comply with quality, health, and safety relevant regulations.

• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.

• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers' timescales/requirements.

• Supervise the use of warehouse equipment, and ensure it is serviced and maintained.

• Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions promptly, and creating awareness among team members.

• Bachelor's in business administration, logistics, or relevant field preferred.

• Proven work experience as a warehouse team leader and coordinating product delivery.

• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse /logistics or a related background.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use both Khmer and English language

• Good at customer service, communication, and negotiation Skills.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems or technology.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
