• Receive products from Production, reconcile the quantity and execute into SAP system and achieve

• Check materials purchased items vs actual received, and verify with related document, execute GRN into system (SAP)

• Ingredients and batching preparation as PD schedule on time and properly according to each ingredients requirement

• Daily stock count of Inventory and report to Supervisor and perform stock count with cross functions as per schedule.

• Responsible for WH Housekeeping, GMP activities, maintain 6S at Working place and ISO comply as per Company's policy

• Verify and preparing FGs both of import and export, to ensure correct Qty, according to the schedule confirmed and inventory movement.

• Verify all of BDL (Breakages, Damage and Losses) and daily report to perform RFA and scrap out from the system (SAP).

• Updating and regularly report, all of materials (RM, PM & Chemical) and FGs movement and on time execute (GR & GI)

• To ensure all of operating document are well keeping for the auditing and other purposes.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school graduated, Associated Degree or Bachelor Degree for relevant field

• At least 1 or 2 Years relevant experience in transportation, warehouse, order processing and customer service

• Experiences in stock control and warehousing is a plus

• Good and effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Can use Computer, Ms. Outlook and Ms. Office (Ms. Excel) and SAP system

• Able driving forklift is a plus

• Able to work under pressure / perform to deadlines and solve problems

• Be flexible, initiative and creativity

• Be able to work in the team and individually

• Ability to build relationship across all Functions
