- To preparing product on warehouse at Site project

- Checking orders, PR, PO and bills, Items received to stock and delivery for accuracy

- Monitor stock in and stock out

- Checking to open material for construction by block house

- Control fixed asset machinery and tools

- Checking to BOQ with delivery note for engineer construction

- Control the movement of inventories effectively through cycle and physical count

- Manage risk to stock inventory and plan to organize with BOQ, construction project

- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity

- Physical count stock material and tools, weekly monthly

- To adjustment stock report, asset value end of the months

- Preparing and verify stock report to line manager

- Other tasks assigned by line manager

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- A minimum of 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience

- Forklift Operations Knowledge in plus

- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Good written and communication skills

- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing deadlines

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and excellent work ethic are also necessary

- Ideal candidates must have the ability to prioritize work under constant deadlines
