• Manage daily stock refill for retail shop and ensure the physical inventory and stock management system are maintained accurately at the beginning of every business day

• Do monthly stock report planning to ensure to maintain stock levels for supporting the sale demand;

• Manage and maintain stock to ensure the stocks are well organized and sufficient stock for daily business operation;

• Review the bar code system of each product and check the number of actual products and quality of products, ensure the products are kept in warehouse properly

• Review and check the inflow product and outflow product report based on the actual flow of products;

• Submit monthly stock report (In-Out- transfer) to the Stock Controller review and propose the recommendations if needed

• Respond to all inquiries from sales team & shops regarding stock requests;

• Report any loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the operation supervisor

• BA in Business Management/Business Administration or Accounting/Banking.

• At least 1 years experiences in inventory management from retail/Fast moving products.

• Fresh Graduate is highly recommend

• Competence in Computer skill (Ms. Word and Excel);

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

• Attention to detail
