• Check all items being received for correctness.

• Arrange all items received according to the designated space provided.

• Ensure that all items are handled properly to avoid breakages and spoilage.

• Inform all concerned user departments if an item has been delivered.

• Update the system on the items received.

• Issue stock items upon request of the department ensuring that proper documents are followed.

• Ensure that par stock level are maintained and properly updated.

• Place orders for items based on the present minimum stock level.

• Participate in stock count of store items.

• Prepare reports on all spoiled and broken items.

• Attend to other duties that may be assigned by the supervisors.

- English required

- Hotel background is a necessity

- Minimum of 1 year experience

- Computer skills, Word, E-mail, strong excel skills

- Experience with inventory software would be beneficial
