- Applies and enforces whole team the working procedures established by pharmaceutical rule. - Record all items received from the transportation company and reconcile to picking list such as: item name, quantity, expiry date, batch number, etc. to insure the accuracy of stock received. - Checking all items, expired date, batch number, etc from accounting report and compare to the actual stock received from the transporter. - Prepare plan for stock to be transferred from stock reserve to stock detail (2 times a week or what ever) - Divide delivery order by delivery rep. and prepare each delivery order for picking up by items, quantity, date, batch number, variance, etc - Control & check to make sure that the prepared goods are well prepared and correctness by each delivery order and sign off. - Be sure that any items prepared for customers must follow FE-FO (first expired first out), and if any discrepancy between delivery order with actual stock must immediate report to account to revised delivery order/Invoice - Report to account the stock received and send the hard document with enough supporting information: sign given by, sign received by, sign checked by,etc. - Make sure that stock Arrangement in standard way and look professionally.

- Cambodian male only - Pharmacist is preferable - Minimum two years’ experience in controlling and managing warehouse and inventory stock for pharmaceutical & consumer products - Be able to speak in English - Knowledge of computer in Microsoft office, email, internet, and accounting software - Honest and patient - Can manage staff under supervised - Good health - Be able to manage works and meet deadline - Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures - Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure - Flexible time of work
