Perform goods receipt inspection and release the shipment to appropriate locations.  Conduct temperature validation of storage area and transportation as per defined frequency  Monitor and download temperature data of storage area and transportation  Review records and/or report of equipment maintenance/testing/checking  Report to QA manger any deviation or quality incident, and communicate this with relevant department within defined timeline  Coordinate with customer and client on customer complaint  Monitor operations in warehouse or delivery to be compliance with written SOPs  Participate in internal/external quality audit and supplier audit, assist QA manager during the audit  Participate in internal/external training as required by company  Handle other tasks assigned by QA Manager  Adhere to company policies

 Bachelor degree in any field  Experiences in QA, warehousing and/or logistic field is preferred  Good command in English  Ready to work hard and embrace changes
