• Drive a pharmacy reps team (40+ reps) • Prepare sales plan and achieve sales targets. • Fix up appointments with prospective key customers and present to them the company products and services. • Maintain and build up good relationships with customers. • Follow up the existing customers and expand the new accounts. • Work closely with sales team to target key pharmacies • Collect and analyze market information, redefine annual strategic marketing plan accordingly and monitor the fully implementation by the team. • Closely monitor the sales team’s activities to ensure that all planned activities are actually conducted and that they follow the company compliance policies. • Look for new business and sustain business growth by launching new products in the market. • Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders • Work closely with other departments of the company • Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to General Manager. • Train sales team to product and to all SOPs related to the job. • Hire new staff when required • Other tasks assigned by General Manager

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Master is a plus • Medical background (Doctor or Pharmacist) is a plus. • Experiences: minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing as Manager • Strong commitment on Sales Target and Sales Orientation. • Knowledge on Sales & Marketing Strategies and skills in plans. • Excellent oral and written English skill, capable of making effective presentations • Computer literate (especially MS. Office and PowerPoint). • Be Honestly, Friendly, Politely, hard-working, flexible and willing to work as team. • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines • Ability to lead large team and to manage several accounts simultaneously
