Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute company’s supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and omnichannel retail objectives.
• Lead and build high-performing teams across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile fulfillment.

Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization

• Oversee demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and shrinkage.
• Drive improvements in inventory turnover, fill rate, and working capital efficiency.

Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics

• Manage warehouse operations, transportation, and last-mile delivery to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Optimize logistics costs, route planning, and delivery performance for retail stores and distribution team.
• Lead the planning, business case, and execution for additional warehouse(s) to support company’s growth, including location selection, capacity planning, layout design, system readiness (WMS), staffing, and go-live execution, ensuring cost efficiency and service level improvement.

Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement

• Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, WMS, and supply chain digital tools.
• Standardize SOPs, controls, and KPIs across the supply chain with a focus on scalability and automation.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify and mitigate supply risks, disruptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety (where applicable), and internal governance requirements.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Define and track supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, cost-to-serve, and supplier performance.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and improvement plans to senior management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field;
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within Retail Business, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
• Proven experience in ERP, WMS , TMS implementation and digital supply chain transformation.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fast-growth or omnichannel retail environments is highly preferred.
