- Record bill from local suppliers - Collect statement from Stores Supervisor (invoice from suppliers) - Emergency work with Store Manager (late or wrong invoice from SM) - Prepare all invoices with VAT and send to Account Supervisor - Compare summary sent by suppliers with invoice already recorded and pass information to Accountant - Follow up returnable supplier (check if credit note from supplier) - Deduct payment from supplier and communicate to Account Supervisor

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree required - Fluent in English - Minimum 1 years in a supply chain analyst or materials planning role - Category management, for demand planning role in Retail, manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods. - Be able to work on own initiative, be pro-active, well organized and able to work under pressure - Have great problem solving skills when the situation arises
