- Responsible for all purchasing issued and concern products - Maintain record of products ordered and received - Select suppliers and services to ensure the highest quality and to determine products availability with the competitive price - Prepare and process requisitions and purchase order for supplies and equipment - Contact suppliers to follow up and if necessary, promote orders to ensure that materials are delivered department work procedures. - Control purchasing department budgets, ensure the reception of purchased of delivered products are in. good condition with correct quantity and in a timely manner - Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. - Other duties related to purchasing as assigned

- Bachelor degree of Management, Accounting and other related to field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience and above for Purchasing - Good English communication, planning/sourcing skill - Strong negotiation skills and communication skills - Able to work under pressure, honest, - Good organizational skills and the ability to implement production - Basic use of Ms. Word, Excel, and Internet & E-mail. - Proven leadership and ability to drive teams, can work hard under pressure - Delegates authority, responsibility, and follow-up
