- Manage material or equipment requisition, purchase order, delivery order throughout purchasing cycle. - Source construction material, equipment, hardware, consumable & stationary. - Compare, evaluate & negotiate material pricing with vendors - Generate & process Purchase Order & update system - Ensuring to inform of any issues or delays relating to procurement and supply of goods - Track and Monitor price trend of construction material - Update of periodic market construction pricing - Liaison with vendors to ensure availability of material - Follow up closely on orders to meet on time delivery - Support periodical reporting by tracking & monitoring historical purchasing activities - Administrative duties e.g.maintaining purchasing database of suppliers & other purchasing documents - Other ad hoc assignments as and when required

- Good English for 4 commands enough for daily business communication - Work / Education background of construction or architect, especially sales or purchasing experience will be an advantage - Computer literate: Microsoft Office & Internet - Good at negotiation - Honest and responsible towards the job - Bachelor degree
