- To check clean orders with customer before processing to system - process the order and follow up with logistic - raise and follow up, - Prepare sales contract as customer request align with company - handling all update and send order acknowledgement and detect delays and speed up the delivery - inform customer and follow all status to customer related to delay, replacement or obsolescence - take ownership and manage customer complaints - follow up payment, credit checking, and correct record carefully into system - check the quality and availability of goods and issue invoice - work and coordinate with finance department to handle customer compliant or request related to payment - to cooperate with logistic team - file all document accordingly to policies - check and reply request via email and telephone

- BA in Economic/ Business Administration or relevant filed - 2 years experience up - experience in foreign trade or logistic is plus - Communication skill and interpersonal skill - be able to work as team and individual - be enthusiasm, adaption, and team-spirit - good problem solving, negotiation skill - Good Computer skill
