• Monitor & verify inventory - not just in storefront, but also located in storages, warehouses and backroom • Keep track of the inventory per location, as well as the total amount required for the overall business needs, • Make use unsaleable inventory is being timely and properly segregated • Coordinate with sales, brand, branch, store, and production team members to produce consolidated monthly demand planning and ad hoc planning as required • Validate the demand figures supplied by the team members and ensure continuous forecasting accuracy improvement • Produce monthly and ad hoc supply planning as per demand plan to ensure optimal stock holding level with minimal OOS • Work with Stock team to ensure that there is adequate available space as per demand and supply planning • Prepare and update PO status report for submitting to finance and warehouse team members • Coordinate with warehouse team members on the receipt of goods • Verify and report to BoD any discrepancy of good receipt including, but not limited to, quantity, specification, and quality • Liaise with logistics providers to pick, ship, clear, and deliver the goods efficiently • Maintain good relationship with logistics providers and relevant stakeholders • Prepare necessary documentation timely and adequately to ensure smooth clearance process • Keep all relevant registrations and licenses required for clearance process up-to-date • To optimize logistics costs through possible alternate logistics provider, route, supplier, etc.

• Graduated from university in the related field • (3) years working experience in supply chain and Inventory Management • Good Communication both English Khmer • Hear working and honesty.
