Jobs Description

Control all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team, identify root cause and investigate report to QC supervisor or manager and ask advice on the solutions or corrective action.
Perform the daily quality inspection for both in process(I-QC) and final products(F-QC).
Work closely with production team to resolve quality issues as quick and efficient as possible to prevent committed quality and safety standards.
Carry out product and process audit and advise for unacceptable goods/processes, to secure the high standard of output.
Assist QC supervisor/manager to prepare the process procedure, work instruction...etc.
Be as a part of QC team to assist and corporate with other departments for the quality awareness training.
Report the initiative action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system or for continuous improvement.
Perform as a core quality team to corporate the new launching products.
Responsible for recruiting, training and developing the newcomers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Jobs Requirement

Hold the degree of mechanical or automotive.
Experience or non-experience are encouraged to apply.
Self-motivation, strong energy and commitment.
Fast learner and able to learn new things.
Good communication and willing to corporate with other departments to secure the high standard of product quality.
Able to use Ms. Office, Word, excel, internet & email.
Good command in English both speaking and writing is an advantage.
