• Applying testing programs to new software • Identifying bugs in new systems and understanding how to resolve them • Generating reports describing defects and resolutions • Ensuring that new software products are ready for customer use • Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products • Assisting developers in creating detailed application test plans • Perform testing on the products: Automate testing (Mobile & Web), Functional and Non-functional testing, Performance testing, Regression testing, UAT testing etc. • Analyzing the software’s performance against the designer’s intentions • Take ownership of product quality and readiness for every product release • Assists in set-up and maintenance of test script. • Continuous improvement on the Quality assurance process and tool within the department • Clear and effective communication of issues to developer or third party • Provides reports to management as required

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science • 3-5 years of QA tester experience for Mobile and Web projects • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong knowledge of testing process and methodologies • Experience in reviewing designs, user stories, and software requirements specification • Proficient in Espresso automation, Appium automation, Selenium IDE • Some programming knowledge or experience preferred • Quick ability to learn new systems with minimal documentation • Experience with tools like Clubhouse or JIRA • Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision • Ability to analyze, organize, and problem-solve complex applications and systems minimal direction • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong written and spoken English skills
