Jobs Description

Job purpose This position will be responsible for supporting Accountant and Senior Accountant in preparing accounting and administration work station in Oral Cassava Starch Factory included preparation of inventory control list, spare part and machinery movement, monitoring staff and worker time record… etc. The position also requires to feed back as well as proactive of the responsible tasks to Senior accountant and Senior Administration. Duties and responsibilities • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems. • Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to accounting list reports. • Monitor of stock receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. • Update and monitor production report • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting Senior accountant task. • Update fixed asset listing • Verify and check staff time card • Properly filling all document with label • Assist Factory manager and Selling and marketing manager from administration work • May serve as cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments. • Deal with team work related to accounting policy and procedure • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. QC duties • Check water utilities system in the facility/factory. • Check and control on flour wet content. • Operate the water filter machine and all water pump systems to supply for factory using. • Flour quality analysis and control in the factory. • Issuance of quality assurance certificate to client. • Check raw and fresh cassava. • Check and analyze of fresh cassava and calculation product percentage. • Monitor the production and sanitation. • Monitor the chemical which is mix in water tank for treatment • Prepare monthly work plan. • Prepare monthly report and submit to production manager

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor's in Accounting or relative field • Computer proficiency MS • Ability work independently while being strong team player • Strong organizational, interpersonal communication (in English Khmer, Chinese is preferred) • 2 years’ experience in inventory/stock control • Knowledge Microsoft Word & Excel, internet Email • Able work under pressure; willing work a team • Patient honest • Male or Female, can speak English and/or Chinese is advance.
