1. GMP/HACCP/ISO 9001 Managements: Ensuring micro testing of air, water, environment by zones; addressing deviations in a timely manner and per procedures; revising and managing sanitation program; Acting on implementation Corrective Measures with production departments; ensuring knowledge and communicating relevant changes to customer specifications, regulatory requirements and other industry standards. 2. Complaints management: Responding and closing customer complaints in a timely manner; document problem; conduct root cause analysis; use of Continuous Improvements tools; work with production to successfully implement countermeasures; provide status update to leadership; communicate effectively with customers. 3. Audit readiness: Developing action plan and gap analysis to ensure compliance; Holding preparatory meeting with production and all relevant staff; Ensuring proper delegation with clear 4. instructions and assistance as needed and closure of items; acting as the primary contact pre-post and during audits. Completing all follow up audit items and reporting back to auditors as required. 5. Managing Quality Systems: Ensuring that finished products are compliant to all product safety and quality guidelines; addressing gaps/issues; ensuring proper implementation and documentation of all quality related procedures (recall, returns, hold, testing, etc.); revising procedures, conducting training and ensuring correct implementation.

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology or other relevant area at least 4 years experience in food & beverage industry - In depth understanding of food processing, sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices - Must have HACCP certification and ISO certification management practices - Excellent communication skills and team work ethics - Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated success with implementing change
