• To work closely with local customers (Telcos & ISPs), International partners and upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working with other departments for support. • To create, plan, oversee, coordinate and document all aspects of the specific project within the department. • To build productive relationship with internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. • To attend meetings with potential Clients/Partners to determine the project & requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution. • To deliver and monitor a sustainable service quality to customers, partners and contribute to the team • To ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. • Ensures all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. • In depth working knowledge of project management, service quality management • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships • Minimum 2 years working experience of Project management, Service quality management, • Very strong inter-personal skill, communication skill • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction • Bachelor degree
