• Effectively Supervise the Purchasing Section activities.

• Ensure purchase inventory is within specified plan.

• Manage direct & Indirect material planning & stock analysis to match production consumption.

• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, payment terms, delivery and service with suppliers.

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.

• Monitor daily usage.

• Carry out stock management operations in line with set procurement policy and procedures.

• Engage in the forecast of supply and demand to maintain continuity of supply chain.

• Verify monthly report with Finance.

• Other tasks assigned by superior

• Degree in Business administration or/and related fields.

• Minimum 2 years experiences in stock controller, purchasing.

• Be able to travel (price and product checking)

• Be able to visit branches

• Can written and spoken English

• Good computer literacy

• Conscientious, highly motivated and good initiative

• Good interpersonal, communication, safety awareness and team work
