Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

- Ensure high controlling received material before putting in warehouse in order to ensure stability in production process for producing high quality products

- Control every steps of production process, finished products in inventory, goods delivered to customers

KEY ACTIVITY:

Take control on received material

- Pick materila sample before warehousing

- Perceptible evaluate, quickly check and make decision, informed the results to related departments

- Control inventory material

- Conduct samples storage as policy

- Timely report to superiors if there is any phenomenon in warehousing material, with urgent issues, able to over-rank report to other Managers in order to solve in time

Manage finished product quality

- Pick product samples at each step of production process

- Perceptible evaluate, quickly check and make decision, informed the results to related departments

- Control finshed product in inventory

- Conduct samples storage as policy

- Follow up packing process

- Manage recycling

- Timely report to superiors if there is any phenomenon in production and warehousing, with urgent issues, able to over-rank report to other Managers in order to solve in time

Other tasks:

- Support to deploy documents storage according to ISO 22000 standards

- Coordinate with service agency in pest killing according to reality in plants

- Other tasks assigned by QC team leader

QUALIFICATIONS High school graduates

EXPERIENCE High school graduates and having at least 1 year experience at equivalent position

University (not require experience)

COMPETENCIES Patient and careful

Good teamwork skill

Wide overview of issues

Good at reporting and recording
