- Check the progress of production in comparison to the plan and handle with abnormality/error (NG). - Can understand production steps & production flows. - Can check the achievement status of production volume and quality level in comparison to the plan. - Can judge abnormality (NG) and implement appropriate countermeasures. - Patrol all production lines and find/improve unsafe behavior & dangerous portion. - Make/Revise Work Procedure Sheet & Operation Manual. - Can understand safety & Quality points. - Can teach and guide operator the work based on procedures. - Can show the good example of work procedures and instruct production staff through actual job. - Improve work procedures of production staff. Have enough knowledge about improvement of production process & work efficiency - Other tasks as assigned by Superiors

- Age: 20 ~ 30 - Sex: Male is preferred - Education: From Associate degree or vocational training and up in any fields (Mechanic is preferred) - Have leadership skill - Primary mathematics ability - Can use English for communication - Moderate or above in MS Office i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. - Open mind & team work mind - Friendliness toward all employees - Have experience in development of subordinates / workers is advantage.
