■Responsible to recognize and prioritize the requirements of requisitions received and to commit purchase orders within authority levels to ensure availability of products in accordance to sales requirements and appropriate procedures - Micromanage inventory (brands in-charge) - Liaison with supplier on all purchasing matters (brands in-charge) - Liaison with Sales & Marketing to achieve efficient inventory (brands in-charge) - Liaison with SFA on ingredient / packaging checking (brands in-charge) - Liaison with HPB on Healthier Choice Symbol application (brands in-charge) - Monitor and maintain inventory holding within limits - Provide stand-in support for Unit Manager during absence - Procurement of housekeeping items - Any ad-hoc duties

- At least 2 years of Purchasing experience in FMCG, especially in retail F&B - Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
