Support/assist Purchasing Team in effective performance of duties Lead Purchases to Payment Process for the packaging team. This will involve working closely with buyers and suppliers' key account managers Interaction with Manila Purchases to Payment team in relation to purchases transactional activities (i.e. resolution of payment issues, price changes, system order agreement creation, Purchase Orders placements, etc.) Interaction with key internal contacts (i.e. Finance, Planners, buyers, manufacturing plants, etc.) Perform system-related tasks for the team (e.g. SAP related work involving price updates, reports generation, supplier master data maintenance and processing of multiple pricing files from different vendors, etc.) Verification of unit pricing which requires coordination with other buyers for confirming effective material prices Ad hoc projects as required

Diploma/Degree holders Good communications (written) skill Good command of Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup) Good analytical and problem solving skills Willingness to learn and re-apply Be able to work independently, address and solve problems with minimal supervision
