-Attending to customers’ enquiries and feedback -Follow-up and advise customers on shipment status -Handle import & export shipping documentation and process -Able to resolve customer complaints in professional manner -Liaison and co-ordination with internal divisions and customers -Handle permits declaration

Jobs Requirement

-Diploma holders -Working experience in shipping, supply chain or logistics will be an added advantage -Work independently and able to work in a fast pace environment -Dynamic, patient and customer oriented -Good communication and organization skills -MS Office applications
