1) Prepare and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e. g. tender and contract documents), including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client 2) Allocate work to subcontractors 3) Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information 4) Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants 5) Prepare and analyze costing for tenders 6) Provide advice on contractual claims 7) Value completed work and arrange payments 8) Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work 9) Assist in establishing a client´s requirements and undertake feasibility studies 10) Perform risk, value management and cost control 11) Advise on a procurement strategy 12) Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks 13) Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports 14) Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use 15) Understand the implications of health and safety regulations Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level Age: 20 - 50 years old Driving License Class: 3 Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month Allowances: B$ 100 Employment Type: Full Time
