Product strategy & roadmap:

• Define and execute the product strategy , aligning with overall business goals and market demands .
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements
• Cross-functional collaboration:
• Work closely with engineering , design, compliance, and customer support teams to translate market requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing , and customer service teams , and other executives to align product vision with business strategy.
•  Present product plans, performance metrics, and roadmap updates to the executive team and Board as needed.

Market & user research:

• Conduct competitive analysis, customer research , and market trend assessments to identify opportunities and inform product development.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements , translating insights into clear
• product features .

Product development & management:

• Able to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate product releases, ensuring thorough testing , smooth implementation, and effective communication to stakeholders.

Performance monitoring & optimization:

• Define KPls and track product performance post-launch .
• Analyze user feedback and product data to iterate on features , enhancing user experience and platform performance .

Job Requirement

•  Bachelor 's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field . MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management , preferably within fintech , cryptocurrency , or trading platforms .
•  Proven track record of managing the complete product lifecycle in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions .
• Excellent communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills .
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools .
•  Ability to thrive in a collaborative , cross-functional , and multicultural team setting.
