 Conduct Product Tests and Assessment  Identify Product Defects  Record and Report Issues  Support Process Improvements  Make Necessary Repairs  Read blueprints and specifications  Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards  Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process  Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced  Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers  Accept or reject finished items  Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications  Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products  Report inspection and test data

 Bachelor’s Degree in related field  Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail  Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others  QA certification a plus  Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality  The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients  The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines  The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
