• Design and develop digital channel products that are driven by insights from user and market research • Plan and execute digital channel product campaigns that drive user engagement • Establish strategic product partnerships with ecosystem players and merchants to leverage on ecosystem value propositions • Conduct user and market research to understand market position in terms of customer needs, competitor products and pricing, and ecosystem value propositions • Own the digital channel product roadmap, backlog and user stories, which will be communicated with the technical team for implementation • Plan and deliver financials in terms of budget spending and revenue targets

• 5-10 years experience in product development, marketing, consulting, finance, management or entrepreneurship related positions • Experience in fintech or digital technology in banking is preferred • Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Creative ability with project management and analytical skills are highly desirable • Familiar with Agile and Design Thinking practices
