Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute monthly and annually content strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and campaigns.
• Research skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer insights to craft relevant and compelling content.
• Plan content calendars for social media, website, email, and advertising channels.
• Up to the trend contents especially on Tiktok to the right target audience.

Content Creation

• Be able to produce high-quality videos content for brands and product category on social media including product video, product review, tutorials, blogs, and campaign materials, mainly for digital driven assets.
• Write clear, engaging, and educational skincare content that reflects the brand voice.
• Lead creative direction for photoshoots and skincare-related/category related video production.

Brand Voice & Storytelling

• Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand persona across platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects skincare expertise and trustworthy education.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to bring brand stories to life.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content.
• To monitor on creative assets to maximize digital media buys
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices (TikTok, FB, IG, etc.)

Collaboration & Leadership

• Guide junior content creators, editors…..etc
• Work with influencers, KOLs to create co-branded content to ensure it’s responsive to category growth and category demand.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of content creation experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality writing and visual content.
• Deep understanding of skincare trends, ingredients, consumer behavior, and social media culture.
• Proficient in content editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and project-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passionate about skincare and beauty.
• Experience working with dermatologists, aestheticians, or beauty influencers.
• Strong camera presence for tutorials or brand videos (optional but preferred).
• Ability to turn scientific skincare concepts into simple, friendly educational content.
• Be content creator yourself in your own platform, be able to present live-streaming…would be a great advantage.
