1-Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and to reduce cost 2-Analyze consumer behavior and report to the management 3-Study competitors' products and services 4-Develop new partners relationships and maintain the relationship with existing partners in order to attract more customers 5-Prepare the company’s business partners evaluation 6-Develop the effective promotion strategies to pushing sales 7-Follow up on potential concurrent product on market and report to the management 8-Analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns 9-Be able to understand about Point of purchase (POP) 10-Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager working time: 9:00-17:30

- Bachelor in Marketing or related field -At least 3 yrs professional experience with strong background with Travel Agency - Must speak fluent English and Chinese. - Can work as a team - Excellent communication & analysis skill - Must be flexible, creative and problem solving person - High responsible on tasks assigned by supervisor - Easy going, friendly, helpful, honest, patient, and hard working - Be able to respond well to multi- tasks and pressure - Be able to collaborate with other departments -Must be Siemreap local citizen, or at least can stay at Siemreap for 5 years.
