Jobs Description

-Support the events team in all aspects of event management from budgeting, sourcing and managing third party suppliers; implementing marketing plans for public events; guest logistics for VIP stakeholders (accommodation, flights, transport, special requests etc.) and communication internally (to staff and management when required) -Maintain close communication and positive relationships with event partners and participants -Support the events and communications team with creation of event materials and implementation of overall event marketing plans pre and post event -Manage aspects of event planning and management either member of the events team is absent -Other duties as requested by the event team

Jobs Requirement

-Have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification in business, marketing, communications, development, or other related fields is preferred (but not required) -Fluency in Khmer (both verbal and written communications) -Strong English writing and communication skills -Experience working in marketing and communications or event management fields is preferred (but not required) -Experience working with In-Design or other design software is preferred (but not required) -Skilled in self-management, balancing competing priorities, multi-tasking and working against multiple deadlines without direct supervision - Ability to stay calm under pressure -Focus on problem solving - Computer literacy with all Microsoft office programs - Keen eye for detail when supporting on guest logistics (table plans, accommodation, flights, transport, special requests etc.) for VIP stakeholders and guests - Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc. for local and international events - Willingness to work anti-social hours if events fall outside of working hours (evenings and weekends) - Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality - Ability to handle and use constructive feedback in order to make needed changes to working styles -Team player with the proven ability to work in a collaborative environment - In lieu of experience, must be willing to work closely with the Events Coordinator learning quickly and working enthusiastically in fast paced environments **How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to fill in an Application for Employment (available at HR Department or download from (http://angkorhospital.org/jobs/application‐forms/) along with Curriculum Vitae,Cover letter and eligible Certificate of degree to : Angkor Hospital for Children, Tep Vong Road & Chhay Street, Svay Dangkum district, Siem Reap province PO Box 50,Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia.Tel: (855) 63 963 409, 092 976 687 or via Email:
