Jobs Description

  • Assist the Sales team with their requirements of gifts, samples, and any particular requirement for any activity and thereby maintain a record of input usage and submit usage report monthly to the management.
  • Responsible for finding vendors or suppliers, negotiating and arranging all the quotations requested by sales and marketing.
  • Keeping a record of all the request letters and sponsorship for all activities and customer requests.
  • Responsible for marketing activity post-approval follow-up and assist with the execution of marketing activity and submit closure report along with the event photos, plan vs actual budget, attendee list, and track ROI. (ROI to be submitted by sales supervisor).
  • Responsible for timely update of sales calls daily work report of each teammate and update in group.
  • Responsible for Sane force app reports and coordinate for the resolution of any issues in the app
  • Responsible for managing the inventory of all promotional material and dispatch inputs as and when requested.
  • Responsible for translation of Lao to English & vice versa for any official letter or document relevant to sales and marketing dept. to be informed or approved by the management.
  • Responsible for compilation of Competitor information received, maintaining the record of all competitor brochures, catalog and timely sharing the information with the management in Excel format.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

  • Lao citizen.
  • University/College Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Experience 1 - 2 Years/Fresher also can apply.
  • English language ability, both written and spoken.
  • Good typing speed in Lao & English.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office, Emails and Other Communication Tools.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skill and willingness to learn.
