Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company’s mission to enhance financial inclusion and data-driven decision-making in Cambodia.
  • Lead the creation of a multi-year product roadmap that supports strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and market needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, other bureau offerings, and technological advancements to inform product strategy.
  • Keep update on financial sector trend and need to alight our offering

New Product Development & Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities for new products and services, including credit scoring models, alternative data solutions, digital identity tools, and API-based platforms.
  • Lead feasibility studies, market research, and stakeholder consultations to validate product concepts.
  • Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of new products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and compliance standards.
  • Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate with data science and IT teams to enhance product functionality, scalability, and user experience.
  • Ensure products are optimized for digital channels, including mobile and web platforms.

Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define clear value propositions and messaging for each product, tailored to different customer segments.
  • Collaborate with another team to ensure consistent and compelling product narratives across all channels.
  • Lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Business, and Customer Support to ensure readiness and alignment for product rollouts.
  • Support the creation of launch materials including brochures, presentations, FAQs, and demo content.

Customer Education, Awareness & Feedback

  • Support campaigns that promote product awareness, adoption, and understanding among financial institutions and consumers.
  • Collaborate on the development of educational materials such as user guides, explainer videos, and training sessions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure communication loops are established between product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to continuously refine messaging and positioning.

Strategic Research & Insight Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify trends in credit reporting, financial data, and digital finance.
  • Analyze products and global innovations to inform company’s product strategy.
  • Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to interpret customer behavior and product usage.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on product design.
  • Validate product concepts through pilot testing and feedback loops.

Ecosystem Outreach & Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, and development partners.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to develop relevant and impactful solutions.
  • Lead outreach campaigns to raise awareness and adoption of company’s products.
  • Advocate for responsible data innovation and financial inclusion through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with external organizations on joint research and development initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Data Analytics, Technology, Compliance, Business Development to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Engage with external stakeholders such as financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, and development partners to co-create impactful solutions.
  • Represent company in industry forums and working groups related to product innovation and financial infrastructure.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team with expertise in product management, marketing and communication and agile methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.

Project & Process Management

  • Implement agile and lean product development practices to ensure efficient delivery and iteration.
  • Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, workflows, and governance frameworks for product development.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Use data analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board.

Risk & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all products comply with relevant data privacy laws, financial regulations, and company’s internal policies.
  • Work with the Legal and Compliance teams to assess and mitigate product-related risks.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for product development.

Jobs Requirement

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and scaling digital products, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centered design.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, public representation, and thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, and development organizations.
