Update Delivery Schedule for Sales department

• We always receive orders from the sales department by email. When we receive, we need to check the raw materials in stock. Then update production plan reply the delivery date send email back to sale department.

Update production plan for shipment

• When received sale order we need to update production plan confirm material then reply ship date to sale department.

Check stock row material

• When update production plan, need to confirm material first. With(PC WH)

Issue PO to system and Print PO

• After responding to the sales department about the delivery date, we need to enter the order into the system to get the order number and enter it into the production plana and then print PO and divide PO and give to production.

Revise delivery date if customer request change

• If an order is canceled, we must collect all PO from the production.

Close the completed orders

• All PO that completes much be close time by time

Order carton and label stock for production use

• On a weekly basis, we check the stock of cartons in the system and compare with warehouse then check the weekly usage requirements.

• 5 months work experience in measurement and testing
• Master the basic knowledge of computer would is Microsoft Word, Excel & Pawer Point
• Proficiency in relevant reliability testing methods
• Sale and production planning training
