Jobs Description

  • Strategic Vision – Define and drive long-term marketing direction aligned with business goals.
  1. Develop long-term marketing plans that support the company’s growth goals, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  2. Lead in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Brand Strategy – Define and strengthen brand positioning.
  1. Craft and refine the brand’s visual and verbal identity to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and differentiate the brand in a competitive retail landscape.
  2. Design and implement branding initiatives that align with business goals, such as seasonal campaigns, product launches, or rebranding efforts, while measuring impact through customer engagement and brand awareness metrics.
  • Campaign Execution – Deliver targeted, high-impact campaigns.
  1. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels—such as in-store promotions, email, social media, and digital ads—ensuring consistent messaging, timely rollout, and alignment with brand objectives
  2. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, gather customer feedback, and make real-time adjustments to improve engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment
  • Market Insights – Translate data into actionable strategies.
  1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research—such as surveys, focus groups, and sales data analysis—to uncover customer preferences, motivations, and emerging market trends.
  2. Translate complex data into actionable insights through reports and presentations, guiding leadership teams in decision-making across marketing, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Digital Mastery– Drive performance across digital platforms
  • Innovation Leadership – Foster creativity and lead disruptive marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align marketing with sales, product, and customer teams

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred, with relevant certifications in digital marketing or brand management
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and large budgets.
  • Proven track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns, brand building, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Solid experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Expertise and deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, market segmentation, pricing, and leveraging data to drive measurable growth and ROI
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce trends, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
