Student Recruitment:

• Promote the Academy’s programs through school visits, education fairs, online channels, and information sessions.
• Handle inquiries and guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process.
• Maintain a strong conversion pipeline from lead generation to enrollment.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and print media.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials.
• Maintain and update the Academy’s website and social media channels with fresh content.

Events & Outreach:

• Organize and participate in open days, webinars, and community outreach events.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner schools, education agents, and other stakeholders.
• Market Research:
• Monitor trends in the education sector and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and student feedback.

Administrative Support:

• Manage student application records and track recruitment progress.
• Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment metrics and marketing activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or educational services (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events.
