Jobs Description

Prepare effective sales & marketing strategy that adhere to budgets
Train marketing teams to the excellence
Develop strong Public Relation & Networking with B2B, other school and community, etc.
Create consistent powerful branding awareness and objectives
Expand product lines and services with better solutions
Responsible for business analysis, expansion and development
Organize school events and other marketing related activities to generate sales
Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting)
Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Create a strong social media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales
Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external
Ponduct SWOT Analysis as needed to ensure the growth of the market share and stay competitive in the business arena

Jobs Requirement

Holding a Bachelor Degree of Business or related field (Master is a plus).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
Experience in international school is a plus.
Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
Excellent in communication, leadership, and management skills.
Ability to use Microsoft office and up to date technology.
