Jobs Description

Outlet Visits:
Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to check promotional displays, stock levels, and branding consistency.
Monitor competitor activity and report market trends and findings.
Customer Feedback Collection:
Engage with customers and outlet staff to gather feedback on products, promotions, and overall brand experience.
Summarize insights and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
Promotion Development Support:
Assist the marketing team in planning and brainstorming new promotions tailored to outlet needs and customer preferences.
Help track the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and suggest adjustments as needed.
Marketing Material Preparation:
Support the creation and distribution of promotional and branding materials.
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and are available at outlets as required.

Jobs Requirement

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel regularly to various outlet locations.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer service.
Attention to detail and good reporting skills.
